Superbuy QC Photos — How to Review Warehouse Photos
QC photos are free photos of your item taken once it reaches the Superbuy warehouse. They let you verify the item against the listing before you approve international shipping.
How to view them
- 1Open your Superbuy order once the item status shows it has arrived at the warehouse.
- 2Look for the QC photo or inspection section on the item.
- 3Request photos if they are not already available for your item.
What to check in the photos
| Check | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Style / model | Does the item match the listing photos and the exact model or style you ordered? |
| Color | Does the color match? Note that screen rendering and photo lighting can shift color. |
| Size & labels | Check the size tag or label against what you ordered, not just the visual size. |
| Stitching & seams | Look for loose threads, uneven stitching, or obvious misalignment. |
| Glue stains / finish | Especially for shoes — check for visible glue marks or rough finishing. |
| Logos & branding | If branding matters, compare the logo in the photo to the official design. |
| Visible defects | Scan for scratches, dents, stains, or any damage you would want to reject. |
| Packaging | Note the condition of the box or packaging if you plan to keep it. |
Important limitations
- QC photos are not authentication — they cannot confirm a branded item is genuine.
- Photos do not guarantee quality. Some issues only appear after use.
