Superbuy Shipping — Costs, Factors and Timing Explained
Shipping on Superbuy is not a single fixed price. It is made up of several components and depends on weight, dimensions, destination and the line you choose. Below is how it works.
Cost composition

The four stages: procurement to transport
Procurement (采购)
After you pay the purchase stage, Superbuy buys the item from the seller and communicates with them on your behalf.
Warehouse arrival (入库)
The item ships domestically to the Superbuy warehouse. This is when QC photos are usually taken for you to review.
Outbound (出库)
You approve the item, choose a shipping line, pay the international fee, and the parcel is packed and handed to the carrier.
Transport (运输)
The parcel travels internationally. Actual transit time depends on the line, destination and customs clearance.

- Actual vs volumetric weight (carriers charge whichever is higher)
- Destination country and chosen shipping line
- Parcel dimensions after packaging
- Optional value-added services
- Whether you consolidate multiple items
